1. Shipping Destinations Currently, Yajaren Moments proudly ships exclusively to the United States. We are actively working on expanding our shipping destinations to bring our puzzles to more customers worldwide.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer straightforward and transparent shipping options for our US customers. Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated transit times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping ($7.99 USD): Applies to orders under $34.99 USD. Estimated delivery is within 5 to 8 days.
- Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders of $34.99 USD or more.
Note: Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch. Certain items fulfilled directly by our US-based partners (e.g., Printify) may arrive even sooner.
3. Order Processing Times Because many of our gifts and puzzles are made just for you, we require a brief processing period before handing your package over to the carrier:
- Standard Puzzles & Gifts: Typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days.
- Personalized Photo Puzzles: To ensure the highest print quality and craftsmanship, custom orders require 3-5 business days for production.
- Monthly Subscription Boxes: Subscription orders are securely packed and dispatched on our designated monthly shipping date.
4. Order Tracking As soon as your order is packed and leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this link to monitor your package's journey directly to your door.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes While most US orders will not incur additional fees, please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient. Yajaren Moments does not collect these fees at checkout.
