Which image files can I upload?
Use a JPG, PNG, WebP, or HEIC image up to 20 MB. The original photo usually gives the sharpest result.
Will my photo be cropped?
We may crop a small amount around the outside to fit the puzzle shape. Use the photo-notes box if a detail must remain visible.
Can I use a screenshot or social-media image?
You can, but compressed screenshots may look softer in print. Whenever possible, upload the original file instead.
Where is my uploaded photo saved?
The selected photo is attached to this personalized item in your cart and order so it can be used for production.
